Preventative Maintenance

Choose our bi-annually scheduled home maintenance services. We’ll bring our 20-Point Checklist designed to keep your home working properly. Just need a few things done? Call us for little fixes or special projects. We’re your on-call handyman, ready when you need us, or scheduled when you have a list of things needed done.

Our Valued Membership Plan is conducted twice a year. You can always schedule additional services too at a discounted rate when signed up for our Valued Membership Plan.

20-Point Checklist - Twice Annually Valued Membership Plan
